A-camping we will go

Let me guess, your first reaction was “Mel? Camping? Huh?” Yeah, I’ve never been known to be the camping type, but put in this perspective I am indeed a camper of epic proportions (hey, no fat jokes):

I convinced Scott that we HAD to do this, and he finally caved. The excitement of staying on the field is almost too much to bear! The kids are going to fah-lip, but I think I will surprise them later on with it (read: keep them from driving me nuts about it for a month). I also had to buy some cheap tents, because I shockingly do not own any. Here’s the lowdown of our ‘roughing it’ amenities:

Oh wow! That sounds like so much fun! And at least you won’t have to fend off raccoons and skunks on your campout.
